PTL Weather Station

PTL Weather station started August 4, 2010 in Blaine, Washington using a Davis Advantage Pro2 Plus wireless station.  We started posting data on the web August 16th through the Weather Underground. We installed our weather cam on October 7, 2010. The camera, a StarDot 5 Mega pixel Network Camera, is positioned 32’ above our station. It is pointed west looking out over Drayton Harbor. In the far distance you will see Mayne Island and Saltspring Island in Canadian waters. On a clear day you will be able to see the highest points on Vancouver Island. In January we started our website ptlnet.net As of February our data is being gathered by MesoWest, CWOP, FindU and NOAA. This all started as a hobby and I hope that all of you find it fun and interesting. Feel free to contact us with any remarks or suggestions so that we can continue to serve you.

Enjoy and have fun,

PTL Weather
